What are the rewards center hours/call center hours?

Sunday through Thursday: 8am-12am
Friday through Saturday: 8am-2am

Is there a hotel?

Although we do not currently have a hotel, we are in the process of building a 300-room hotel that is expected to be completed by 2027.

Is there Wi-Fi?

Free Wi-Fi is available under the network name, “SkyRiver-Guest” and does not require a password to login.

Is there a floor map of the casino?

How can I access my account online?

Download the mySkyRiver Mobile App to link your Sky River Rewards account.

Transportation and Security

Is there a parking garage?

Although we do not currently have a parking garage, we are in the process of building a 1,600-space parking garage.

Are trucks, buses or oversized vehicles allowed to park on property?

Trucks, buses, or oversized vehicles are not allowed to park on property.

Is there a guest shuttle service?

We do not offer guest shuttle services.

Are there wheelchairs for guest use?

Wheelchairs are available upon request. Please ask a member of our security staff for assistance.

Is my ID checked at the door?

Yes, security must verify all guests are 21+. The age requirement applies to all restaurants.

How can I get reinstated?

After a minimum of one year from the exclusion date, guests are eligible to request a reinstatement by filling out the form on our website Sky River | Request for Reinstatement or by emailing [email protected]

Is there valet service

Yes, we offer valet service on the north side of the casino.

Does security check bags at the door?

For the safety of guests, security checks bags upon entry.

Can I bring balloons?

Guests may bring balloons if noted during their restaurant reservation. Balloons are not permitted on the casino floor.

Are pets allowed?

Pets are not allowed on property. Only service animals are permitted on the property.

Is filming or photography allowed?

Filming and photography are not allowed on the casino floor without prior consent from management.

Gaming

Is there a bingo hall?

We do not have a bingo hall.

Is there a poker room?

We do not have a poker room.

How long is a TITO ticket good for?

TITO tickets are valid for 30 days.

How can I access a win/loss statement?

Retail

Is there a gift shop?

Bear Necessities sells gifts, cigarettes, vapes, and more.

Are vapes sold on the property?

Yes. Vapes are available at Bear Necessities in The Market and the Smoke Shop.

Does the casino accept change/coins?

Coin-to-bill exchange is not available at the cage.

Does the casino accept apple pay/electronic payments?

Apple Pay and other electronic payment methods are not accepted at the Cage or on the gaming floor. However, all dining outlets accept these forms of payment.

Can I cash a check on the property?

Personal checks can be cashed free of charge. Payroll checks are not accepted. Restrictions apply. Please visit the Cage/Cashier for additional information.

Is there an ATM fee?

The ATM fee is $5 per transaction.

We do not have a buffet.

Are drinks free for guests?

All non-alcoholic beverages are free for gambling guests.
