HOUSE RULES

No person under the age of twenty-one (21) shall be allowed on Sky River Casino property.

The following items are not allowed under any circumstances on Sky River Casino property:

• Firearms or other weapons, pepper spray/mace, flares, fireworks or any other article or substance deemed a threat to the safety of our guests or team members.
• Alcohol/food/beverages/coolers purchased off-property.
• Drugs, other than over the counter or prescribed medications, or any illegal substances
• Any other potentially harmful hazardous or disruptive products
• Smoking of cannabis
• Drones

All persons will be subject to tresspass and/or arrest if, and in playing a game in Sky River Casino, the person cheats or uses or assists another in the use of electronic or mechanical devices, which is designated, contracted, or programmed to obtain an advantage at playing any game in Sky River Casino. A device used by any person in violation of this regulation will be subject to forfeiture.

The carrying and placement of oversized bags and items on the floor is prohibited. All persons and bags are subject to search.

No filming or photography is allowed in the casino unless authorized by management.

Appropriate attire is always required. Per management discretion, anyone wearing articles that compromise the security of Sky River Casino or is deemed to be offensive will either be asked to leave the premises or remove said article. This includes hats or head coverings that hides the person's identity, sagging pants, oversized articles of clothing, hoodies, non-prescribed shaded eyewear, any other article that disguises, conceals, and/or hides the identity of the guest. Colors or insignias commonly associated with gang activity or any article of clothing with derogatory or offensive slogans or pictures are prohibited. Security staff will determine what is appropriate.

No loitering is permitted. This includes standing and/or sitting in public areas for periods of time without purpose. All persons who are loitering will be asked to keep moving or leave the premises.

No solicitation is permitted.

Personal Wheeled Devices - skateboards, rollerblades, roller skates, bicycles, scooters, and hover boards are not permitted on facility grounds. This excludes mobility scooters for medical reasons.

Tailgating and/or consuming alcoholic beverages is not permitted in the Sky River parking lots. RV and motorcoach parking is not permitted at any time on property. Parking of large semi-truck and trailer combination is prohibited.

Sky River Casino is the sole judge of promotion rules and awarding or prizes. Sky River Casino reserves the right to cancel, revoke, amend, or modify promotions of any kind at any time and without any notice.
