Thank you for inquiring about the Sky River Casino Charitable Giving Program which donates to local organizations within the Elk Grove, Sacramento County area. Sky River Casino is honored to assist local non-profit and community organizations to meet their mission(s) and to improve the lives of those within our community.

Sky River Casino generously supports worthwhile charitable organizations, and we are careful to direct contributions to the areas where they will have meaningful and positive impact. To help maximize that impact, guiding principles have been established that apply to monetary and in-kind charitable giving contributions. 

In general, our corporate donation policy does not allow the following contributions:

§  Individuals

§  Political campaigns and organizations

§  Religious groups and organizations

§  Any program or organization that discriminates for any reason, including but not limited to race, color, creed, religion, age, sex, national origin, physical or mental disability, or gender preference.

§  Youth programs, including athletics, camps, and other youth organizations. – Sky River Casino does not market gaming to minors.  

The most significant consideration will be given to those projects/organizations which: 

§  Clearly articulate a need and demonstrate innovative ways to meet that need.

§  Demonstrate an ability to implement a program/service.

§  Identify a general benefit to the community.
